What We Collect

When you apply to join AdapttoAI or register for gated content, we collect:

• Email address
• Name and LinkedIn URL (application form only)
• Location and professional role (application form only)
• Responses to application questions

How We Use It

• To review your application and contact you about membership
• To send verification emails for gated content access
• To send community updates (you can unsubscribe anytime)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects anonymized usage data including pages viewed, time on site, and interaction events. No personally identifiable information is sent to GA4.

Data Storage

Your data is stored in Google Sheets via a secure Google Apps Script webhook. Access is limited to the AdapttoAI team. We use localStorage in your browser to remember your registration and theme preference.

You can request to view, update, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@adaptto.ai.
